Aptible AI is hosted within our secure developer platform.

Aptiblebot has access to the DMs and Private Channels of the user that installed the integration but we’ll never access this data, train on or index it, or leverage it to answer questions.

We use GPT-4o via the OpenAI API Platform. OpenAI’s API Platform does not store your prompts or train on your data. You can review the related policy on OpenAI’s website.

We may add other models in the future.

We will never use your data to train any model other than a private model dedicated to you and no other customers.

Data stored from Training Integrations is stored in a database hosted in Aptible’s hosting platform.

In order to debug and improve Aptibe AI, we do store some data about your usage of the product, including:

1. The questions your team asks it
2. The intermediate research steps
3. The response it generates
4. Whether your devs ranked the response as helpful

• AWS. Aptible’s hosting platform is itself is hosted on AWS.
• Nango. Nango provides the infrastructure for some of the Aptible AI integrations.
