Begin investigating production issues by asking Aptible AI a question about a production issue - via the dashboard, Slack or Teams. This can be things like:

Aptible AI analyzes your resources

Aptible AI analyzes patterns within your integrated data sources - recent logs, metrics, and deployed changes.

Aptible AI creates a dashboard summarizing all the key information, so you can identify the root cause

Aptible AI generates a dashboard with key insights from your data sources, highlighting anomalies and patterns. Quickly pinpoint and resolve issues using these insights.

Connect Data Sources

To get started with Aptible AI, you’ll want to integrate your key data sources. We bucket this in two groups: documentation integrations and tool integrations.

To be successful with Aptible AI, we recommend you connect at least the following data sources: 1 documentation integration and 1 tool integration.

Setup ChatBot

Once you’ve configured your data sources, you can configure the Aptible AI ChatBot. This will allow your engineering team to interact with Aptible AI directly from Slack or Teams. During this process, you can optionally set up Slack or Teams as a documentation integration.

Using Aptible AI

Once you’ve configured the data sources and your communication tool, you can use Aptible AI’s Root Cause Analysis tool! When you experience a production issue, you can begin using the tool by asking a question about an impacted resource via the dashboard or using the ChatBot.
