Our Story

Aptible AI is a product of Aptible, a Platform as a Service designed for highly secure, reliable cloud hosting. We founded Aptible in 2013 with a mission to provide highly secure, highly reliable infrastructure, serving hundreds of companies by providing cloud hosting for their applications and databases.

In 2024, Aptible AI was born—originally built as an internal investigation tool to help our customers diagnose and resolve production incidents. We developed a tool to accelerate the analysis of logs, metrics, and change history, making it easier to surface potential root causes, so we can help quickly remediate production issues.

Over time, Aptible AI evolved into a powerful solution for diagnosing and managing incidents across any infrastructure. We realized we could help more companies improve reliability and security—without requiring them to host their infrastructure on our platform.
