PagerDuty

Our PagerDuty integration allows Aptible AI to learn about alerts and incidents happening in your infrastructure.

Prerequisites

To configure the PagerDuty integration you will need to generate a PagerDuty API key.

Log in to your PagerDuty account, and then hover over “Integrations” in the top navigation menu. Under “Developer Tools”, click on “API Access Keys”:

Create a new API Key:

Give your API Key a name, and set it to read only:

Copy the API Key:

Finally, in the Aptible AI dashboard, click on “Settings” and then under “Connect Tool Integration”, click on “PagerDuty”.

Enter a name for this integration (like “My PagerDuty Account”), and then enter your PagerDuty API Key:
